User Generated Content Users may create and manage: • Player profiles • Teams • Matches • Scorecards • Tournaments • Cricket statistics • Photos and images Camera and Photo Permissions CricScoringPro may request access to the device Camera and Photos/Media Storage to provide certain features within the application. Camera Permission The Camera permission is used to: • Capture player profile photos • Capture team profile photos • Capture cricket-related activity photos The camera is accessed only when the user chooses to take a photo within the application. Photos and Media Permission Access to Photos, Media, or Device Storage is used to: • Select existing images from the device gallery • Upload player profile photos • Upload team profile photos • Upload cricket-related activity photos The application only accesses photos that the user explicitly selects and does not access other photos or media without the user's knowledge and permission. How Images Are Used Images uploaded by users may be stored locally on the device and/or synchronized with CricScoringPro cloud services to enable sharing, backup, and access across authorized devices associated with the user's club or account. Users control which photos are uploaded and may remove them from the application at any time. Diagnostic Information We use Firebase Crashlytics to help identify and fix application issues. Crashlytics may collect: • Device information • Operating system version • Application version • Crash logs • Diagnostic information This information is used exclusively to improve application stability and performance. How We Use Information We may use collected information to: • Create and manage user accounts • Verify user email addresses using OTP verification • Synchronize cricket data across devices • Generate scorecards and statistics • Improve app functionality • Provide customer support • Detect and prevent technical issues • Store and display player, team, and tournament information Email Communications We may send emails for: • Email verification (OTP) • Password recovery • Security notifications • Account-related communications We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. Google Play Subscriptions CricScoringPro may offer subscription-based features. Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card, debit card, banking information, or payment credentials.
